The staff was customer-facing, unbeatable location, had an enjoyable breakfast. Room was very fancy, well heated, bed was good. The staff did all they can for an amazing stay. The English bar was exquisite and the drinks were hot.

Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Playa de las Americas. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful, efficient service. Panoramic view of canal.

The room was very spacious. Really spectacular location. We would stay here again. Such amazing tourist destinations as piramide de arona were close to this place. We greatly enjoyed parque santiago iv

one of our favourite spots puerto colon was close to this place. our hotel is set in a central location. the staff were welcoming all the time. we found cantina mexicana to dine in 300 metres from the venue.
